Welcome to APS Building Services, Inc. (APS) 

APS is in the business of building partnerships to improve our clients and their clients’ comfort in the workplace! When there are building issues in the workplace, productivity drops dramatically. APS wants to build a partnership to keep productivity at a maximum and reduce operational costs by minimizing building issues in order to meet our clients’ needs.  Established in 1983 in Dallas, APS opened a Houston branch in 2005 to provide a greater service in the Houston area. As we continue to grow, we strive to provide the best service in HVAC, Building Automation, Plumbing, and Mechanical in the great state of Texas. We have partnered with a diverse customer base, trustworthy vendors, and a continually expanding team whose members commit to deliver world class customer service. We are striving to build a company culture unlike any other and we believe this distinction sets us apart from our competitors. APS partnerships begin with our friendly and efficient office team. You are not going to call our office and talk to a machine or leave a voice mail. A real person answers our phones; after hour calls are forwarded to the actual on-call technician ensuring you will always reach a team member committed to serving you. Our sales team are among the most attentive and knowledgeable in the industry.  They have created valuable relationships with our vendors, which enables us to bring you the latest and greatest technology or information in the industry. Our service technicians use a continuous learning cycle in order to optimize their quality and efficiency; they also participate in ongoing education such as training classes that enable them to stay current on technology. Our core values and relationships allow us to continue developing the best building service company in Texas.
